Brought my Honda in to get a leak looked at and I got a text with pictures of my car and the leaks they found on it so I could see it too. Felt so good that they were able to do that and show me what was happening. Courtney helped me through the process and made it as simple as possible she sent me my estimate in a text with priority of what needed to be done and what could wait. I will be back to do the rest of the work my Honda feels like it’s running better than ever

I’ve got to say this experience has been the best one for me at an auto shop. No pushy salesmen trying to meet a quota, the office was very clean, the people up front were friendly and pricing was very fair. Courtney the service manager was great and knowledgeable when it came to cars! I felt like it was such a hassle free experience. I will definitely be back to see the team again.

My Ford F-150 was leaking coolant underneath vehicle after driving a distance .I called Accurate Automotive and spoke with Courtney Burbank and she immediately scheduled me in the next morning.They inspected vehicle and gave me an estimate. I looked up Accurate auto repair previously and dropped in before deciding go with them for a initial quote estimate for parts and labor and was surprised how they did a full inspection of my problem areas where I knew and wanted repairs done at..so they sent me full pics of the areas that were in need of repairs and parts and did a test drive they actually told me of an area of noise from the suspension that I had only known and knew of so by hearing this from them I knew they were legit company by checking all my areas of concern they also gave me a price and breakdown of repairs over the phone with time table estimate of completion also i was very satisfied with there work and my is truck running smoother and and better then ever like was new..
