I brought my 2012 RAV4 in to find the source of an oil leak. They were flexible with my arrival time and once they had my car, took only a few short hours to not only find the source of the leak, but also to find a couple of other potential problems. I couldn’t afford to fix one of the other problems but they didn’t pressure me to get it done either. All of this good service is in contrast to the Toyota dealerships that I was used to taking my car to. I’m excited that my neighborhood has a good auto shop. Also, the front desk employees were funny and the little dog in the lobby was cute. I hope this review helps you decide where to take your vehicle. Feel free to reply with any questions. I have never had an experience like this at an automotive shop before!! All I can say is this was so stress free! I was walked through the process from the start when I called in the lady on the phone sounded happy and knowledgeable of what she was saying and made me feel very comfortable and at ease to come in. We went over everything when I dropped off and made sure I was heard with my car troubles she asked questions I didn’t even know would be helpful! I got a call that same day with what was going on and what I needed to fix it, even better they have one of the best warranty’s I’ve heard of in a shop!!!! I felt so comfortable knowing that they had a Toyota specialist on my car! I picked up and my car had even been ran through a car wash for me! I can say that I will definitely be back and I will be telling everyone about the great service that Courtney gave me for sure! I don't want to be the person that just says they are great and throw a 5 star out there. Accurate automotive earned it in my opinion. They work with me on getting my truck fixed within my budget range. Have honored the warranty on a few things that have failed. And get the job done in a timely manner. Start up of new ownership I was a little hesitant when I was quoted a certain price and picked up my vehicle and paid a different but when brought up to the new owner, the new owner wrote a check for the difference and delivered it to my house personally that earned my trust and my business. Not a lot of people or businesses would do that.
