I scheduled an appointment on the 9th of June to have my AC in my car looked at. I was scheduled for June 14th and dropped my car off at 8am. I scheduled this appointment waaay in advance thinking that my car would be looked at early. They told me when I called to set the appointment that it would be looked at before noon but that was a lie. They had my car more than 6.5 hours still waiting to be diagnosed. I was getting pretty upset that it was taking so long to diagnose my oroblem and finally around 2:30 or 3 when I called them and was very upset when they told me that they havent done anything and was just pulling my car in. What is the point of setting an appointment a week in advance when they decide to work on my car when ever they want? They told me that they just pulled my car in to diagnose around 2:45pm and would possibly be another 30 minutes before they knew what was going on....Really? My car sat there practically all day and it literally would have taken less than an hour to tell me what was going on. That fired me up even more especially since I had this appointment set up last week. What a joke. They close at 5 or 5:30 so I didnt have confidence that they could complete my repair that day. I wasted almost a whole day waiting to get blown off. I am not recommending for anybody to use this place but if you are deciding to use this place, be prepared to leave your car there all day regardless how early you set an appointment and be prepared to get the run around. I dealt with Alex who wouldnt listen to my concerns and wouldnt shut up when i kept trying to speak. Alex your customer service skills SUCK and if you would have done what you told me on June 9th, I could have had many potential customers for this company but since this company didnt do what they said they would do, I will not recommend this cheezy outfit to anybody. STAY AWAY
Larry - I apologize that your were not happy with our services. As you know, your A/C issues a very complex problem and had several problems you asked us to look into and we take pride in accurately diagnosing vehicles instead of taking random guesses, which we informed that it will be a longer process. Most importantly, we do not tolerated being cursed or verbally abused. We hope the best for you and your vehicle.
