We took our vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. The mechanics were very thorough in their inspection, and we received a printable file with all of their findings. When I called several weeks later to ask for more clarification on the items marked on the inspection, General Manager Dave answered all of my questions and even gave me an education about what to look for when purchasing new tires. Thanks, Dave!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Received a quote yesterday of $7500 to replace a transmission for a 2002 Jeep TJ. Seemed very high compared to what I've paid for other transmission work. Took the vehicle to Ram Transmission and they are replacing the transmission and transfer case for $3700 with a solid warranty.

Excellent service, professional staff. Refreshing to meet an auto repair shop that actually cares about keeping your vehicle on the road without bending you over a barrel on pricing and not pitching additional services that you don't really need. 10/10 would recommend for any auto, especially foreign/European brands

I was a first time customer at Accurate Automotive. The front desk staff to the tech I spoke with were great- they sent an inspection report, gave me a chance to review it and call back with questions or approval of work. He even suggested was to save money, which shows he wasn’t looking to increase the bill but to give me options; which I personally appreciated! They have gained a long time customer and will recommend to any family or friends in the area!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Took my car here for some electrical issues and they have no clue how to work on GMC. Had to take it back three times and now this will be the fourth time because their technicians have no clue what they are doing. The lady in the front is disrespectful and defends them as if they know what they are doing but they clearly don't since I'm still having issues.

This is the worst shop i have ever used. Where to begin. first off, they had my car for five days, only once did they call with an update to tell me it would take more time. after 3 full days they told me 2 more days without a loaner car of course so i had to call in for work. The only excuse they told me was a spark plug cracked and they had to replace it. I've had my car back for a few weeks, popped to hood to refill washer fluid and they reinstalled my battery without the tray or box, now it's just sliding around. going back to try to get my battery stuff back. I'm sure it's a waste of time. I get the impression if your not a regular customer with this place you get the run around and ripped off.
