Great friendly service and very efficient.

Fixed my car door problem same day. They only charged me a service fee because no parts were needed. I found the quote/price charged very reasonable. They did a full inspection and then took the time to explain to me what they found. I will go back for the recommended repairs. P.s. the reviews on yelp are pretty negative, I didn’t experience any of that.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They told me what was wrong with my car in less than a day. They were honest about everything and fixed only what I had the money to fix at the time. Highly recommend

I have only good things to say about this shop. They got my BMW in for brake repairs the same day I called. It took time to get the parts. But they gave me a loaner so I could get to work the next day. And waited for me to get there after work. My car is doing great. Their staff are knowledgeable and kind. And keep you informed on everthing.

Had a fuel pump that needed to be replaced. When I took my truck in, they also gave me a list of items that they found which need some attention as well. At the time, I only had the fuel pump replaced but did appreciate the list of items they found as well. They were not aggressive about fixing the other items unlike most other shops. They completed the fuel pump quickly and price was very reasonable. Would highly recommended them for any auto repairs.

Well, the people were just awesome. Mary understanding just make a person feel comfortable on. Letting them fix their car if they don't make you feel like they're trying to take advantage of you. They get what I ask you to do. And then, when it be out and beyond that, to help me get my car back on the road. And I'd like to, and the reception is just awesome. I can't remember her name, but she's awesome

I really loved taking my car here, Kelly was a great help on answering every question I had. They took me home while they worked on the car. My car feels better and I am very appreciative of their hard work. Thank you!! 🙏

Always perform complete inspection which is much appreciated. Work is normally completed in reasonable time period. Friendly and oh yeah can't forget the complentary chocolates 😋

Good shop that doesn’t run on bullshit . Nikki, Jessica and Ethan were honest, ethical, and refreshingly straightforward. I came in for a second opinion after another shop gave me a list of alarming and apparently unfounded issues with my car. ATLR carefully inspected it and found no problems. They didn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs or use fear based tactics. I truly appreciate their integrity and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop

This place is awesome. They completed a very thorough inspection of your vehicle, at no additional charge. The service I requested was completed, and they found issues that I had not thought of on my rather high mileage Rav4. They gave me a ride home after I left my vehicle there for service. When I showed up to pick up my Rav4, the office gal literally went and got it for me, and drove it to me, where I could easily drive off in it. This is a professional operation, and I really appreciate Alex and his team.

I brought my 2010 Rav4 limited in for service to have my rear shocks replaced, my spark plugs replaced, coil packs checked and a transmission service. Accurate performed a very thorough inspection of my Rav4 (at no additional cost) and made further recommendations based on their findings. I chose which items where a priority to me, and they completed the service. It was good to know that they had looked at my vehicle in such a manner. This breeds trust, and it's a good feeling to know they have my back. I am actually headed back only a week later for them to complete the work on the additional issues they found. In addition, Accurate Automotive offers a 3 year/36-month warranty on all repairs, they also offer year of roadside assistance. I trust Alex and his crew with my vehicle.

Izayah was wonderful from start to finish. My car is heavily modified and I’m very specific on how it is handled in order peoples care. He made sure everything went smooth and continuously checked in on the car to give me updates on everything that was being done. Oil change was simple and cheap at a good price compared to surrounding shops. He even brought me to the garage door to check my car while it was on the lift to make sure everything was good. However, I was thrown off when I walked around the corner and all of my wheels were taken off while the car was lifted. He said that oil changes include an inspection of the brakes and anything problems going on under the car free of charge. Shop was very busy and we waited a little over 3 hours for it to be done but that was communicated with us at the start that it would be around that time frame.

Mr. Vasquez and his team are 50 stars! I had a disappointing experience with my former shop and these guys are my heros. My clutch kit was installed quickly, works beyond great, car was left clean and no joy rides after. (I have a 2 seater sports car) The price was fair. Really nice guys and a great experience! Thanks to the whole team!

Took my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek here to get a diagnostic due to bogging out when accelerating, no check engine light and no codes. They did a full diagnostic and determined the fuel injector 1 was stuck open. They replaced all fuel injectors, spark plugs, full synthetic oil change, and an AC recharge for $2400. When I picked up, they showed me the corroded injectors and the one stuck open before paying. We dropped off the car on Monday morning and picked up late Wednesday afternoon. They even stayed late to finish the car for us as we were going on vacation. Truly appreciated the hospitality and consideration to have it done before our trip. Car is running great today and the AC works way better! Thank you Accurate Team!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, I know I put five stars, but that’s only so it gets your attention. I took my car here to have suspension parts installed and an alignment done. I went to pick it up two weeks later after having to ask for every update only to find out the alignment was never done and the parts weren’t installed correctly. So I took it back to them to have their work redone, which was my mistake. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to get my car back and they hadn’t done any work on it. They also decided that my shift knob was part of my suspension and broke into my transmission housing. Never take your car here. You won’t hear about it for weeks and when you do finally get it back nothing will be done.

Totally highly recommend this repair shop. Every one was super friendly, highly communicative through out the whole repair process. Super happy with everything, thank you Accurate Automotive. Excellent job

Came here for a pre purchase inspection ... it did take a little longer than the estimated time, but everyone was so nice and communication was clear. Plus... they have turtles.

This place is amazing. You pull up and there is no room to park….that is a great thing. This shop is so busy people don’t care if they have to park on the roof to get great service. I had a 2018 Model X (believe it or not it was for a brake rotor) and Tesla quoted me for over $2k. I was out the door under $800 at Accurate Automotive. Same parts. I already scheduled my other vehicle for the following week. This is now my go to and I’m telling everyone about it

Amazing place! I had a torn tire and this was the only place nearby I could get to, I arrived at about closing time and Dale didn’t charge to look at the tires, out the spare on, and even switch some tires to make sure I’d be safe. All without charge! I highly recommend this place.

Everyone at Accurate Automotive are very helpful & nice. They did a great job on my car, keeping me updated & got it back to me pretty quickly. I had to have my purge valve and lines replaced, Engine air filter & spark plugs. I think the hourly rate is on the high side along with some of the parts, but they are warrantied for 3 years. Overall they did a great job & are super cool.

Had a wonderful experience there! Susanna and the rest of the staff were wonderful! I brought a couple of vehicles to them for a pre-purchase inspection and they were very communicative about what I would be looking at were I to purchase the vehicles they inspected, what repairs would be needed and their report made it easy to prioritize what order they would need to be tackled in. Definately going back for all three vehicles in my family fleet!

Great customer service, communication, pricing, timely repair. I liked the process they run the vehicle through before and after repairs. They weren't pushy on issues brought up during inspection. They left all info in my hands on if I wanted them repaired or not. Focused on the job at hand and got me back my vehicle when they said they would. First time to the shop and I was satisfied. They got my business moving forward!

First time trying this Automotive repair and its safe to say I will be returning with any car problems I have.

A family member of mine referred me over to them because I needed a good place to get my car fixed. I was tired of dealing with places that don't really tell you exactly what's going on with your vehicle and the prices is being outrageous. This place has amazing customer service, the best I've ever had at an Automotive center. On top of that, they also take pictures of your vehicle and show you where the problem is and exactly what's wrong with each part so that they can give you a quote right away. They have same day appointments most of the time also. Richard helped me out and he was very pleasant. My car is running great since it's been in the shop and I will never go anywhere else! Definitely recommend.
