Came here for a pre purchase inspection ... it did take a little longer than the estimated time, but everyone was so nice and communication was clear. Plus... they have turtles.

This place is amazing. You pull up and there is no room to park….that is a great thing. This shop is so busy people don’t care if they have to park on the roof to get great service. I had a 2018 Model X (believe it or not it was for a brake rotor) and Tesla quoted me for over $2k. I was out the door under $800 at Accurate Automotive. Same parts. I already scheduled my other vehicle for the following week. This is now my go to and I’m telling everyone about it

Amazing place! I had a torn tire and this was the only place nearby I could get to, I arrived at about closing time and Dale didn’t charge to look at the tires, out the spare on, and even switch some tires to make sure I’d be safe. All without charge! I highly recommend this place.

Everyone at Accurate Automotive are very helpful & nice. They did a great job on my car, keeping me updated & got it back to me pretty quickly. I had to have my purge valve and lines replaced, Engine air filter & spark plugs. I think the hourly rate is on the high side along with some of the parts, but they are warrantied for 3 years. Overall they did a great job & are super cool.

Had a wonderful experience there! Susanna and the rest of the staff were wonderful! I brought a couple of vehicles to them for a pre-purchase inspection and they were very communicative about what I would be looking at were I to purchase the vehicles they inspected, what repairs would be needed and their report made it easy to prioritize what order they would need to be tackled in. Definately going back for all three vehicles in my family fleet!

Great customer service, communication, pricing, timely repair. I liked the process they run the vehicle through before and after repairs. They weren't pushy on issues brought up during inspection. They left all info in my hands on if I wanted them repaired or not. Focused on the job at hand and got me back my vehicle when they said they would. First time to the shop and I was satisfied. They got my business moving forward!

The team at Accurate Automotive were friendly and very helpful in getting my car in and inspected. The inspection process and report are amazing and gave me a clear representation of what my car needed to have done. I will definitely be taking my car to Accurate in the future. A family member of mine referred me over to them because I needed a good place to get my car fixed. I was tired of dealing with places that don't really tell you exactly what's going on with your vehicle and the prices is being outrageous. This place has amazing customer service, the best I've ever had at an Automotive center. On top of that, they also take pictures of your vehicle and show you where the problem is and exactly what's wrong with each part so that they can give you a quote right away. They have same day appointments most of the time also. Richard helped me out and he was very pleasant. My car is running great since it's been in the shop and I will never go anywhere else! Definitely recommend.

The people at Accurate Automotive are always very pleasant and take the time to explain the repairs needed and costs associated. We have been taking our Xterra there for years, and they always take excellent care of it, and repairs are almost always completed when quoted. Thank you for always taking care of our vehicle! I’ve used Accurate Auto twice, and both times they did an awesome job. They are experts and cost effective. My car is 10 years old and I want to keep it running and Accurate Auto is helping me do that. They are honest, accurate and timely. Please use them if you need to.

I went in for a diagnostic but also I was having a little bit of sound issue in my car they couldn't find it they were honest with me I do need other things done Richard was really great he gave me pricing and then he said these are the things you got to take care of first number one through number seven and I said thank you very much being an older woman it's good to have somebody that has your back I'll see you again soon Accurate Auto. bye

I'm very impressed with Accurate Automotive! Robert Crandell personally navigated a warranty claim on top of juggling all the other responsibilities that come with a 100k mile service. He was prompt, communicative and made the whole process straighforward.

This shop has been the best iv ever been to Micheal Huddleston the GM was nothing but helpful and honest about everything and got my jeep back up and running so thank you to you and your team.

Very friendly knowledge and professional

The business was referred to me by a fishing colleague of mine employed there as a mechanic. (Chaz Matsumoto). Given that the mechanic has had experience with older Toyotas and successfully worked on mine for maintenance issues… I went with him since I could trust him with my truck. Within the end of the day of turning in the keys the shop manager got ahold of me and outlined the problems I had with my truck in order of urgency…after a good diagnostic check, broke it down by price with parts/labor and what Chaz personally recommended for parts. Even with a busy lot, they made my truck a priority and had everything agreed upon worked on within 3 days of handing them the keys. Compared to other shops I seen and reviewed, labor and parts were fair priced, (I usually go the expensive OEM route) and Chaz made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely go back there again… and would recommend anyone with an older Toyota vehicle to go there as well, since Chaz has good hands/skills for working on them.

I had an excellent experience with Accurate Automotive. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish! Accurate Automotive was recommend to my husband and I from one of our friends. They worked on my SUV, replaced the alternator water pump and other. These guys are awesome! They didn’t shy away from the big bad Cadillac DTS like most places do with this type of car. They did a great job on big repairs and kept me in the loop the entire time. I am a new loyal customer and will continue to bring them my vehicles from now on!
